Inspired by Korean talismans, this project uses AR to visualize sleep disorder fears and ease anxiety.

Inspired by traditional Korean talismans (Bujeok), this project addresses the fear and unpredictability of sleep disorders. By combining AR filters with the talisman’s protective symbolism, it visualizes the monsters of the imagination that plague those with sleep issues. This multimedia work seeks to reduce anxiety through visual storytelling and cultural heritage.
